HIKE is the Job's Daughters Philanthropic project and stands for Hearing Impaired Kids Endowment
(The HIKE Fund).
It is a program that supplies hearing devices to needy children. Many of us take the world of
sound for granted but there are many children who do not know the world of sound that we live
in and face many challenges that to some would seem insurmountable. As hearing impaired
children grow their hearing device requirements change just as their need for clothes
change. This can place a great handicap on the family that is striving to raise their children.
Job's Daughters has provided many of these children with hearing devices that allow them
to be a part of our hearing world.
