The Chain of Friendship; Big Sister/Little Sister Program

The Big Sister program is designed to help younger Jobies with the transition into Job's Daughters. The Jobies who have been in the origination for a while are assigned with a new Jobie to answer any questions or help with their role in the Bethel. The older sisters are encouraged to form a relationship with their Little Sister and support and encourage them throughout the years. Little Sister are encouraged to seek out their Big Sister for advice and answers to questions they face during the year. This has been a helpful and successful program with the Job's Daughters for many years.
